Entity Elevation Refund Policy

Thank you for joining Entity Elevation. Before purchasing a membership, course, training program, template, resource, digital product, or any other Entity Elevation offer, please review this Refund Policy carefully.

Digital Access and Final Sale Policy

Entity Elevation provides digital training, educational content, templates, resources, community access, and related online materials. Because access to these materials is made available immediately after purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and that your purchase is not eligible for a refund, exchange, credit, or partial refund, except where required by applicable law or as specifically stated in this policy.

Memberships and Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

Cancelling your membership stops future billing but does not create a refund for previous payments, unused membership time, unused content access, missed live sessions, lack of usage, or failure to complete the training.

Entity Elevation does not provide prorated refunds for monthly, annual, or other recurring membership payments.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use or access the training
  • Lack of time to complete the material
  • Missed live sessions, webinars, calls, or community discussions
  • Not implementing the training or strategies provided
  • Dissatisfaction based on expected business, SEO, traffic, ranking, revenue, or marketing results
  • Accidental purchase where access has already been provided
  • Discounted, promotional, limited-time, or special offer purchases
  • Upgrades, renewals, or membership payments after access has been granted

Entity Elevation provides education, strategy, frameworks, examples, resources, and training. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, business results, AI visibility, search performance, or marketing outcomes.

Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice for the same purchase, or billed after a confirmed cancellation, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

If we verify that a billing error occurred, we will correct the issue. This may include a refund, account credit, cancellation of the incorrect charge, or another appropriate correction at our discretion.

Technical Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

A technical access issue does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, correct account issues, or provide alternate access where appropriate.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are happy to review billing concerns, duplicate charges, cancellation records, and account access issues.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, Entity Elevation may suspend access to your account, membership, digital products, community access, and related materials while the dispute is being reviewed.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy is required by law, Entity Elevation will comply with those requirements.
